Hey Vineet, So I see that the major focus in your research paper talks about the how Maslow’s Hierarchy is not complete because people need to focus on many needs that they need to achieve at the same time. So being in Lincoln Douglas Debate, we talk about Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs a lot. Being experienced in this, I just wanted to get your opinion, do you think that some parts of the hierarchy are necessary to achieve self actualization, or do you just think that it is completely flawed and should not be used as a measure for growth and self actualization? My personal opinions align with the fact that Maslow’s Hierarchy is rather poorly constructed and is somewhat arbitrary. Though some of the lower level needs are a necessity to be able to provide safety and security for yourself, as you move up the pyramid, the conditions that need to be met become useless. Please take some time to respond Thanks, Manny
